In the digital age when cyber attacks on companies number in the millions, the Nord Pass Enterprise password manager was created to address the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large corporations. It provides your employees with a secure and easy-to- use platform where they can store, access, and share work passwords.
We focus on supplying users with the best tools to address poor password security. That’s why Nord Pass offers additional security tools such as the Data Breach Scanner and Password Health. They help users to easily detect their data in any known breaches and identify weak, compromised, old, or reused passwords.
The Nord Pass community is an integral part of the product – it’s at the core of what we do. We always gather feedback from our user base and use it to improve Nord Pass.
The NordPass Enterprise product consists of the Admin Panel (a platform where you can invite and manage your users), Nord Pass Vaults (desktop and mobile), and the Nord Pass browser extension.
What is a password manager?
A password manager is a digital safe that encrypts and stores your logins, passkeys, credit card details, personal details, sensitive files, generates strong passwords and autofills them for you.
A password manager app remembers your passwords so you don’t need to. It also helps you organize them, fill in login forms with a click, and autosave new passwords when you visit new websites.
With NordPass you get top-tier security. NordPass protects your accounts by using mathematical formulas called encryption algorithms. They scramble your passwords, so they’d look gibberish if anyone breaks into your password vault. Only you can see them. With NordPass, you no longer need to reuse the same old password, either. You can create and use strong, unique passwords to make your accounts even more secure.

Scope Of Work
Standard NordLayer / NordLocker / NordPass account enablement:
- Account Enablement
- Login to the portal from the end-user network
- Policies Configuration
- Config the policies in the Nord system
- Client Software Installation
- Install two Windows PC client software
- The tasks available by onsite or remote operation.
- Onsite: The services are only available for working days office hours (Monday-Friday, 09:30 am – 18:30 pm, except for all holidays), for each onsite task (For example, the service time starts counting as our colleague leaving the office until they return to the office)
- Remote: The services are only available for working days office hours (Monday-Friday, 09:30 am – 18:30 pm, except for all holidays), all remote sessions should be agreed upon by the Version 2 Limited technical team and the reseller / customer.
Remarks:
If the reseller / customer wants to reschedule the planned session, please update our colleague 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the service token will be consumed.

- Before installing the NordLayer/NordLocker/NordPass, we recommended to backup the system and/or the data before the operations. We will not be handling the following operation related but not limited to any existing hardware, software, system, data, services, etc. The operation included but not limited to backup, restore, compatibility troubleshooting, etc.
