In a first, the signing ceremony took place online. The Diversity Charter is a voluntary initiative by companies and organizations to promote diversity in the workplace. It is supported by the European Commission via the EU Platform of Diversity Charters, which supports the dissemination and sharing of principles, good practice and experience on diversity management in EU countries.
